solaraUV does not collect, store, or share any personal data with third parties.
The app uses your device location solely to fetch the local UV index for your area. Your location is never stored on any server, never shared, and never used for advertising or analytics.
All session data (tanning history, skin type, SPF preferences, vitamin D tracking) is stored locally on your device only. This data never leaves your phone.
UV index data is provided by Open-Meteo, an open-source weather API. No personal data is sent to Open-Meteo — only your GPS coordinates are used to fetch the forecast.
solaraUV contains no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party tracking of any kind.
This app does not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
